Payments must be made according to the schedule defined in your specific project proposal or invoice.
Delayed payments may result in the suspension of services or late fee penalties.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our Assets: All content on svmspl.com (text, graphics, logos) is the property of SVMSPL.
Client Work: Upon full and final payment, the intellectual property rights for custom creative works (such as logos and brand designs) will be transferred to the Client.
SVMSPL retains the right to display the completed work in its professional portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.
5. PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER
No Guarantee of Results: While SVMSPL uses industry-best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as #1 rankings on Google, specific follower counts, or exact Return on Investment (ROI). Digital algorithms are controlled by third parties (Google, Meta, etc.) and are subject to change.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party platforms (hosting providers, social media networks, or search engines).
