Because our services are intangible and digital in nature, we do not ship physical products. This policy outlines how our services are delivered to our clients.
1. DIGITAL DELIVERY ONLY
All services provided by SVMSPL are delivered digitally. We do not provide any physical shipping of goods or products to your registered physical address. Delivery is completed through electronic means, including but not limited to:
Email communications.
Cloud storage links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
Project Management tools.
Direct implementation on the client’s website or social media platforms.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINES
The timeline for service delivery varies based on the specific package or service purchased. Standard delivery estimates are as follows:
Graphic Design & Branding: Initial drafts are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of receipt of the complete brief and advance payment.
SEO & Digital Marketing Services: These are ongoing services. Initial audits or setup reports are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Monthly performance reports are delivered within the first week of the following month.
Consultation/Strategy: Delivered at the scheduled date and time agreed upon during the booking.
Note: Specific timelines will be mentioned in the individual Project Proposal or Service Agreement provided to the client.
3. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
A service is considered “Delivered” when:
The final design files are sent to the client’s registered email address.
The SEO/Marketing report is emailed to the client.
The agreed-upon work (e.g., website optimization or ad campaign launch) has been completed and a notification has been sent to the client.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Since all deliveries are digital, there are Zero (0) shipping charges associated with our services. Any costs mentioned in our invoices are strictly for service fees and applicable taxes (GST).
5. DELAYS IN DELIVERY
SVMSPL is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by:
Delays in the client providing necessary information, access (credentials), or approvals.
Technical outages of third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Hosting providers).
Force Majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.).
