Refund and Cancellations Policy

At Savikas Media Solution Private Limited (SVMSPL), we strive to ensure complete client satisfaction with our SEO, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and Branding services. Since we provide intangible, digital services, our refund policy is governed by the following terms:

1. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
  • Monthly Services (SEO/Digital Marketing): Clients may cancel their monthly service subscriptions by providing at least 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Project-Based Services (Logo Design/Branding): Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order or before the creative work has commenced. Once work has started, a cancellation fee may apply based on the amount of work completed.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of digital work and the man-hours involved, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Full Refunds: A 100% refund is only applicable if the request is made before any work has started on your project.

  • Partial Refunds: If a project is cancelled after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be issued. The amount will be calculated by deducting the value of the man-hours and resources already spent on the project.

  • Non-Refundable: No refunds will be issued for:

    • Services that have been completed and delivered (e.g., final logo files sent, SEO audit completed).

    • Monthly service fees for months already worked.

    • Payments made for third-party costs (e.g., ad spends paid to Google/Meta, domain registration, or hosting fees).

3. “DISSATISFACTION” CLAUSE

In the case of Graphic Design and Branding, we offer a specific number of revisions (as defined in your project proposal). We encourage clients to use these revisions to achieve the desired result. A “lack of satisfaction” is not a valid ground for a full refund if the work has been performed according to the initial brief.

4. REFUND PROCESS

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI) used at the time of purchase.

  • Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the initial payment are non-refundable.

5. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded in full within 5 business days of the error being reported and verified.
